GI-ICM-CF is designed to address the demand for high-precision chromaticity and brightness measurement of individual pixels in LCD, OLD, Mini-LED, and Micro-LED for laboratory and equipment manufacturers, as well as for Mura compensation. it can be utilized in a variety of applications such as AOI. DeMura, chromaticity measurement, brightness measurement, BlackMura, ghosting detection, Mura evaluation, ight inspection, and HUD detection.

1. Automatic imaging adjustment
The software can realize automatic adjustment of aperture and focus, clear imaging, and can automatically match the appropriate sample size and brightness range to be measured.
2. Modular software and hardware systems
Modular design can be compatible with a variety of applications. Different software can be equipped to achieve different detection functions, such as chromaticity, brightness, shadow, Black Mura and other measurements.
3. High rate data transfer
Internal high-speed data bus, the rate is 20 times that of GigE interface, effectively reducing data transmission time.
4.Intelligent hardware architecture
The intelligent architecture of FPGA+GPU is adopted, which can work independently of PC and realize the integration of intelligent graph fetching and processing. At the same time the matching software can speed up the measurement setup and simplify the operation and automatically match the appropriate uniform field calibration to ensure accurate measurement results.
5.High precision measurement
Optimized for speed, resolution, and measurement accuracy. Using the image uniformity calibration technology of JingCe electronic intellectual property, the pixel-level measurement results of brightness and chroma can be accurately feedback, and high-precision chroma and luminance measurement can be realized.
1.Custom calibration modes can be used with targeted calibration methods depending on the user’s measurement screen to better adapt to the characteristics of the test screen and improve measurement accuracy.
2.The sensor used adopts TEC cooling technology, which effectively reduces sensor noise and reduces measurement errors caused by temperature.
3.The use of innovative technology, CIE matching color filter and neutral density filter, strictly match human visual perception, to ensure accurate measurement results.
