3. Application

This is used for quality testing and quality control testing equipment, can be used for various shapes, various resolutions and size of LCD, OLED, Micro-LED and Mini-LED display screen spectrum, brightness, chroma, stroboscopic high precision measurement, and support the expansion of picture uniformity measurement and defect detection.

1. High-precision measurement

Optimized for speed, resolution, and measurement accuracy. Adopting the image uniformity calibration technology of precise measuring electronic intellectual property, it can accurately feedback the pixel-level measurement results of brightness and chromaticity, achieving high-precision chromaticity and brightness measurement.

2. High-speed data transmission

Internally uses high-speed data bus, with a rate 20 times higher than GigE interface, effectively reducing data transmission time.

3.Multipoint spectral self-calibration

Built in 15/25 spectral measurement points, compared to single point spectrometers, it has more measurement points and a wider coverage area, which can solve the impact of single point calibration on the viewing angle, at the same time, point customization can also be carried out according to customer requirements.

4.Intelligent hardware architecture

architecture of FPGA+GPU is adopted, which can work independently of the PC and realize the integration of intelligent graph fetching and processing. At the same time. the matching software can speed up the measurement setup and simplify the operation, and automatically match the appropriate uniform field calibration to ensure accurate measurement results.

5.Solution-oriented

Different lenses with different focal lengths and apertures can be optional, providing measurement solutions with diffierent FOVs, working distances, and brightness ranges.

1.It can be used for spectral measurement and Gamma measurement, and Gamma correction can be realized with Gamma adjustment algorithm.
2.The sensor used adopts TEC cooling technology, which effectively reduces sensor noise and reduces measurement errors caused by temperature.
