1. High-precision measurement
The image uniformity calibration technology used in our product is a proprietary intellectual property of JingCe Electronic Co., Ltd. it is optimized for speed, resolution, and measurement accuracy, and enables accurate delivery of pixel-level brightness measurement results, providing high-precision brightness measurement capabilities.
2.High-resolution,Small-scale Optical Design
To meet the testing requirements of AR/VR/MR modules, the lenses have undergone special optimization designs, achieving imaging quality close to the diffraction limit. The front end can be used in close proximity to the lenses without causing interference from the frame.
3.The imaging system can perform corrective compensation for various types of lenses, including myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism, with a compensation accuracy of 0.25D.
4. Imaging auto-adjustment
The system uses a high-precision grating to achieve precise control of lens focusing, with a control accuracy of within 5 um. This ensures optimal image focusing and enables high. precision measurement and calibration of the virtual image distance.
5.Intelligent hardware architecture
Adopting an intelligent architecture consisting of FPGA and GPU, our product achieves integration of intelligent image acquisition and processing and can work independently of a PC.
